By using our website, booking service or opting in to text messages, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
Text Messaging Terms (SMS)
Program description. The Gulf Air Solutions text messaging program sends text messages to customers and prospective customers who opt in. By opting in, you agree to receive both:
- Transactional messages, such as appointment confirmations and reminders, technician arrival updates, service and order updates, estimates, invoices and maintenance reminders; and
- Promotional messages, such as sales, discounts, seasonal tune-up offers and other special offers.
How to opt in. You can opt in by checking the text message consent box on our website forms, by giving us verbal or written consent when you book service, or by texting us first. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Charges from your mobile carrier depend on your plan.
How to opt out. Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. You can also reply END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE or QUIT. After you opt out, we will send one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed, and you will receive no further messages unless you opt in again.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to your mobile carrier's network and coverage. Supported carriers include major U.S. carriers; service may not be available on every carrier or device.
Your number. You agree to tell us if you change or deactivate the mobile number you opted in with. You confirm that you are the account holder or authorized user of that number.
Privacy. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the Text Message services. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Our Services
Gulf Air Solutions is a licensed and insured Florida HVAC contractor (License #CAC1820565). We provide residential and commercial heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) services, including repair, maintenance, installation and indoor air quality work, in Bradenton, Lakewood Ranch, Sarasota, Palmetto, Ellenton and Parrish and nearby areas of Florida.
Information on this website is general in nature. It is not a diagnosis of your system, and it may not apply to every situation. A technician's on-site inspection is needed to recommend specific repairs or equipment.
Appointments, Estimates and Payment
Appointment requests made through our website, phone or text are confirmed when we contact you. Arrival times are estimates and can change because of weather, emergencies or earlier jobs running long; we will keep you updated.
Estimates are based on the information available at the time and are valid for the period stated on the estimate. The specific scope, price, payment terms and any warranty for a job are set out in the written estimate, invoice or agreement for that job, and those documents control if they differ from this website.
Maintenance plan benefits, pricing and renewal terms are confirmed in writing when you enroll.
Using This Website
You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and not to interfere with its operation, attempt to access its administrative areas, submit false information or misuse our forms. The content, logo and images on this site belong to Gulf Air Solutions, LLC or are used with permission, and may not be copied for commercial use without our written consent.
Links to third-party websites (such as review sites or maps) are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
This website and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gulf Air Solutions, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or from delayed or undelivered text messages. Nothing in these Terms limits any warranty or right you have under a written agreement with us or under Florida law that cannot be limited.
If you smell gas, see smoke or have an electrical emergency, leave the area and call 911 or your utility provider first.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Manatee County, Florida, unless the law requires otherwise.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continuing to use our website or text messaging program after a change means you accept the updated Terms. You can always opt out of text messages by replying STOP.
